Whether you’re on a diet or not, low carb snacks is a must for a healthy life. Consuming the wrong snacks can make your life miserable, decrease your productivity at work, cause energy crashes and many more.
Therefore, switching up your diet to something nutritious, something beneficial to the body can make you understand your appetite and your body.
So what makes a good low carb snack? Something that is low in carbohydrates and high in fat. It’s amazing how people think that a high-fat diet can cause more problems, however, that’s not the case. Consuming good fats has proven to be beneficial to the body. Again, I’m talking about good fats, not the ones that are found in burgers and pizzas.
With that being said, here are a couple of low carb snacks that I found to be very tasty
The two ingredient low carb chips
Every now and then, we’re looking to buy some crispy treats or fries but they’re full of carbohydrates. Alternatively, you can try this low carb TWO ingredient chips that will promise you a full belly and that to without any guilt. You just need some eggs and shredded cheese and voila you’ll have a sumptuous low carb snack.
Lily in her blog says that these chips are so satisfying that you can’t really tell if they’re low carb or not and most importantly, they only contain two ingredients.

Pepperoni pizza cups
Now we all know that pizza doughs contain a high amount of calories and carbohydrates, therefore, if you’re going on a low carb high-fat diet you have to ditch it. However, there is an alternative, pepperoni pizza cups.
These pepperoni pizza cups are an easy bake, gluten-free and are extremely low in carbohydrates.
Parmesan zucchini tots
You’ll never look at vegetables the same way after trying Parmesan zucchini Tots. Parmesan zucchini tots have everything that a healthy snack needs, protein, fiber, and good fats.
These tots need few ingredients, granted they’re a bit hard to make when comparing with broccoli tots but when it comes together, they’re delicious.

One of the best snacks to take with you at work or for the Superbowl. These bites have everything a delicious snack should have, bacon, cheese, and eggs.
Above all, it’s very easy to cook, frugal and requires no more than 10 minutes.
Broccoli Fitters With Cheddar Cheese
If you’re following a Low Carb High Fat (LCHF) diet, vegetables are absolutely necessary. I found this low carb snack recipe to be very beneficial. It keeps my carbs in balance and my fiber intake at it’s optimum.

These fat bombs are perfect if you’re trying to get in some good fats in your diet and they’re keto friendly.
