There’s no other way to get more traffic and leads without putting in any effort into it.
Most content that is being published out there fails because it isn’t designed to maximize shares or it lacks what your users need.
There’s a fine line between what you want to publish and what your readers want to read. Once you do define that fine line, you’ll be able to skyrocket your blog with more readers.
Without further ado, let’s jump into it.
Step #1 Find people influential bloggers in your niche
Of course you see other influential bloggers as your competitors but don’t be mistaken, influential people can help you indirectly. These bloggers don’t see you as competitors, if you’re content is good enough, they can share it.
The reason for that is simple, you’re a new blogger, you don’t have active users, however, famous bloggers already have a readership.
My first blog post was regarding the famous “Keto Diet” and to this day that blog post has got only 100 users (It’s been one year of that blog post)
Although I got great comments from that blog post, but it didn’t have that much reach.
Now why did that happen?
Simple, because tons of bloggers and fitness experts have already written about it. I wrote the same post but with a different style but the content was the same.
I specifically remember when I contacted a fitness blogger regarding my post and his response was “So what’s new in this?”. Needless to say, he rejected my blog post to being published in his blog.
The point is, influential bloggers share articles that are in-depth and different from what’s already out there.
So the bottom line is, publishing content isn’t the key to success, it’s how much have you covered the topic and how different it is from the rest of the bloggers.
Step #2: Find what your influencers want
Let’s just say I wanted to approach Neil Patel (SEO guru) about a topic I was cooking. I would send him this topic “How I give my client 3000$ worth of clients from Facebook Ads”.
Now I’m sure many people have covered this topic, so then why would I send him this?
Because it’s different. And since his visitors want to read about SEO and how to do marketing, this will be a perfect fit for his blog.
So when I pitch him this idea, he will be kind enough to link back the topic to my Blog and in return I would’ve given him a great article.
So it all boils down to this, if you have a couple of bloggers in mind you have to find out what topics are they covering and then you have to come up with ideas on how to impress them.
Step #3: Create content around your topic and pitch it to them
Now that you’ve narrowed down what you want to do, it’s time to put those writing skills to good use. Write powerful content around your topic, remember your influential bloggers won’t be interested in your topic if you don’t bring something new to the table.
Create an infographic around it, you can obviously pay someone to do that. Personally, I use CANVA, it’s free.
If you don’t have an infographic, that’s completely fine. Infographics won’t really matter that much if your content is good enough.
Reach out to your influential bloggers.
You can always email them or you can contact them through social media. Here’s the script that I use:
Hope you’re doing well. I recently stumbled upon your website http://yourinflencerswebsite.com
You’ve got some great content. I’ve written a post regarding “Your Topic” and I believe your readers are going to love it.

Step #4: Add social share buttons to your blog
If you want more readers, this is absolutely necessary. Make it easy for your content to be shared.
Remember, you’re attracting people who are in your niche. If you get social shares from the right people, chances are that they are going to share it with folks who are looking for something similar.
Not only you’ll get visitors but it will generate a ton of backlinks
