Avocados actually contain a ton of micronutrients that we need on a daily basis, for instance, minerals such as copper, folate, and potassium. Furthermore, this fruit is rich in Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Vitamins of the B family.
Avocados are also known to cure hypertension and the numerous antioxidants present in them boosts our immune system. Moreover, the best bit, it only contains 2 grams of net carbs per 100 grams which makes it the perfect fruit/vegetable for a keto diet.
I love avocados, they’re my go-to fruits when I’m following a keto diet which is why I had to write a post on some of the best low carb avocado recipes that I could find over the internet. All of these recipes are KETO/LCHF diet friendly and are just so easy to make.

As much as I love avocados, there are times where I just don’t like plain and simple avocados with every meal, that is where this recipe comes into play.
The avocado fries by keto cooking Christian are phenomenal. The crispy exterior and the soft and creamy interior takes avocados to a whole new level. Oh and don’t even let me get started on the dipping sauce that you can make for these fries, it’s just so flavorful and it all comes together perfectly.
If I’m being honest, I actually make this dipping sauce for every meal. It’s just so YUMMY.

Low Carb Avacado Egg Salad/KETO Avocado Breakfast
Egg salads are like one of my best childhood memories, mom actually used to make us a sandwich out of it for lunch and it was heavenly. The Avocado Egg Salad recipe is like my dream come true and it’s heavenly.
This recipe is pretty much like a conventional egg salad recipe but mayonnaise is replaced by avocados. You can serve this salad with any keto friendly bread you like or make a sandwich out of it, you can even wrap this salad up in lettuce and it’s still going to taste awesome.

Salmon With Creamy Avocado Sauce
If you already didn’t know, the avocado sauce goes pretty well with pan seared salmon. Kitchen swagger recommends searing the salmon to give it nice crunchy edges. However, sometimes when I’m in a hurry I often do bake the salmon but that’s just me.
The sauce is something else though, and it’s pretty easy too. The main ingredient or the base of the sauce is of avocados combined with cream olive oil and some basil, that’s just it. The pan-seared salmon and the avocado sauce makes a great light dinner/lunch and it’s full of protein and healthy fats.

Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries
You know it’s going to be healthy and wholesome once you know bacon is wrapped around avocado. This amazing recipe is also a killer low carb side dish.

The bacon wrapped avocado fries are incredibly easy to make, they’re only 0.9 grams in carbohydrates which makes them the lowest avocado recipe from the list. Just precook some slices of bacon and wrap it around avocados and you’re almost done.

Blackened Chicken And Avocado Salad – KETO Baked Avocado Recipe
Every now and then I often like to take a salad to work and consider it as a low carb snack, this recipe is my go-to for occasions like that.
It’s simple, wholesome and absolutely delicious. With a total cook and prep time of 20 minutes, the blackened chicken and avocado salad is as easy as it gets. Michelle, the creator of this recipe recommends adding strawberries and almonds to the mix but I just like it plain.

Tuna Avocado Boats
If you don’t like mayonnaise in your recipes why not use avocado instead? Natalie from tastes lovely used Avocado instead of mayonnaise in these boats and I’ve tried it, it’s amazing.

This recipe is pretty unique because it uses Queso Fresco and Mexican shredded chicken. If you don’t like gooey foods then you definitely need to try this recipe because Queso Fresco doesn’t melt like other cheeses.

Avacado Bacon And Eggs – KETO Avocado Egg Breakfast
Now I won’t leave out some breakfast recipes, would I? To be very honest, I don’t think this recipe is just for breakfast but can be served at any time of the day.
The bacon adds crispiness to the top, the center is filled with an egg and it’s surrounded by avocados, YUM. If you ask me I think this is the perfect protein appetizer/breakfast meal that you can have every morning, make a side dish out of and as an appetizer.
