If you plan to start a low carb/ KETO diet or are currently are on it, choosing the perfect dessert to fit your new lifestyle can be a bit of a tough decision. Trust me, I’ve been there. For those of you who are following a KETO diet, ideally, a perfect dessert for you would be something that is low in carbohydrates and high in fat. Whereas for people following a low carb diet, fats don’t matter but the calorie count does.

Luckily for you guys, I’ve dedicated this post on some of the most amazing, decadent and low carb chocolate and cheesecake recipes that are going to satisfy your sweet tooth. You can basically use any store-bought ice cream with it but it should be low in carbs and it will go lovely with this recipe.

Ioana recommends to go for vanilla ice-cream but I tried it with chocolate ice cream, it was delicious!

I would like to think of this cheesecake a bit different than the rest because of certain changes that you can make to this recipe. For instance, you can use walnuts for the crust rather than almond flour. I would recommend trying this recipe with walnuts, it’s going to make this cheesecake so unique and nutritious.

With a total of 8 ingredients and a total prep time of 10 minutes, this cheesecake recipe is as easy as it gets.
