The Yummy Low Carb Cheesecake

Sometimes I do wish to devour a good old plain cheesecake to satisfy my sweet cravings, this dessert recipe is my go to.

I would like to think of this cheesecake a bit different than the rest because of certain changes that you can make to this recipe. KETO Cheesecake With Blueberries

I don’t know whether it’s the love for cheesecakes that I have that makes this recipe delicious or it actually is. Before getting into this recipe, this cheesecake with blueberries is absolutely YUMMY! The addition of blueberries to this recipe gives it a whole new meaning.

Just like all the recipes mentioned here, this one is pretty simple as well. The crust is made of almond flour, erythritol and vanilla extract, simple right?

Coming to the filling, it’s full of cream cheese, whipped cream and lemon zest, lemon zest adds a little bit of sour taste that keeps you asking for more.

I don’t know about you guys but my family and I can’t live without cheesecakes, we had to find a quick yet frugal recipe, that’s where I stumbled upon Julia’s instant pot cheesecake recipe.

To be honest, when we tried it, it tasted exactly like a new york style cheesecake especially with the addition of lemon juice. The lemon juice added a hint of bitterness to it but was not overpowering at all.

Yes, I capitalized this recipe just because it’s surprisingly good. It almost tastes like the keto version of Ferrero Rocher and each bar only has 1.8g of net carbs which makes these bars absolutely guilt-free.

Anyway, about the recipe, it’s plain, simple and flavorful. Why do I call this recipe plain and simple? Because it’s only made out of 4 ingredients. Oh and I tried this with Lindt chocolate but you can also go with some homemade Nutella, that’s what Arman uses for this recipe.

Martina from keto diet app suggested that this is her best breakfast and she’s right, I too have fallen in love with this breakfast dessert. The reason why I love it because of the chia seeds, I absolutely find them exquisite and especially with chocolate on top, it makes the whole thing exquisite!

Cheesecake In A Mug

I’ve always loved recipes that are easy to make, the cheesecake in a mug is no different. It combines flavor, warmth, frugality all in one plate or should I say in a mug.

The recipe is absolutely foolproof, trust me I’ve tried it. And the perfect thing about this recipe is that it only requires 10 minutes and that too in a microwave.

Anyway, the ingredients, you have to make this dessert with Neufchatel cream cheese which is actually the perfect addition. One, it’s full of good protein and secondly, it adds a certain tanginess to this cheesy mug cake which takes the whole recipe to another level.

Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

Since this post is about chocolate and cheesecake recipes, why not write a recipe here that contains both but in one dessert.

To break it down, this dessert recipe has 3 layers and a topping. A chocolate crust made out of whey protein, almond flour, cocoa powder, butter, sukrin and a pinch of salt.

The filling is made out of Philly’s cream cheese, sukrin, dark chocolate, eggs, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, and stevia.

The top layer is made of sugar-free lily’s chocolate and heavy cream. This entire dessert is then topped by sugar-free truffles.

It can’t get any better than this, it’s smooth, moist and just melts in your mouth. You can just taste the individual flavors.

Vanilla Ricotta Cheesecake

If you find cheesecakes too “heavy” for your stomach give the vanilla ricotta cheesecake a try.

This cheesecake dessert recipe uses ricotta cheese which gives the entire cheesecake a new meaning. When added to this, it’s going to give you a rich yet creamy mild taste.

Furthermore, the whole “light” feeling is because you won’t be making the entire filling by cream cheese but with ricotta cheese as well. Add a little bit of vanilla to this recipe and a few strawberries and this will be one dessert that everyone will be craving for later.
